At Dansk Sprinkler Teknik we design, install and service sprinkler – and ABA systems.

We are seeking a service-minded colleague with a focus on order processing in the service department, who will ensure small incoming service tasks in daily operations as well as follow-up on planned annual services, while delivering good service to our customers with fire protection systems in Denmark and the Nordics.

Your primary tasks

• Sales and handling of smaller service tasks based on standardized pricing including prices as well as a description of the task scope.
• Management of smaller service tasks at fixed price and on a time-for-materials basis.
• Handling the preparation associated with legally required annual services, as well as extra work in connection with during and after the legally required services.
• Responsible for finances and ongoing invoicing of cases.
• Hiring of lifts and other necessary equipment and tools.
• Initiation of fitters and service technicians on assignments including APV.
• Handling and collaboration with service technicians and customers.
• Ad hoc tasks in the department.
• Quality assurance and documentation.

You will work closely with dedicated colleagues with high professionalism and a good sense of humor from the Service, ABA and Projects departments, and have influence on staffing and logistics in connection with performing the tasks.

You will gain knowledge of different regulations within sprinkler systems and the construction industry rules, including procurement law and collective agreements. You will have extensive contact both internally and externally, and will communicate daily with customers and partners.

In addition, there will be opportunities for education and training in our academy with our own sprinkler installation.
