Tulstrup Børnehus in Hillerød seeks a pedagogue with the role of pedagogue with leadership duties.

With the role of pedagogue with leadership duties, you will have the opportunity to combine pedagogical practice with coordinating and managerial tasks.

This role is for you who are motivated by taking responsibility, creating structure, and supporting both colleagues and management in daily operations.

You will among other things

• enter into close collaboration with the manager, where task distribution is planned collaboratively.
• have tasks with professional coordination and support of the pedagogical quality in everyday life.
• handle schedule planning according to the principles and framework that have been set for the house.
• a functional allowance is provided for handling the task.

Dagtilbud Børn i Hillerød kommune

Tulstrup Børnehus, which is part of the Trollesminde area, is a small kindergarten normalised for about 50 children aged 0-6 years. We are a house where we work closely across the children’s ages and development. Therefore we expect you to want and be interested in working with children aged 0-6 and contribute to a strong community across the entire house.

Tulstrup Børnehus is on an exciting development journey. We are currently relocated to Sommerengen in Skævinge. From January 1, 2027 we move to Baunetgården, Baunevej 16 in Alsønderup, where we will stay until our brand-new kindergarten at Tulstrup Have 3 is ready, expected in autumn 2028.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is according to current collective agreement and salary is agreed with the negotiating organizations.
