Educator with leadership role for Drivhuset's nursery

Do you want to be part of a child care house with really good collegiality, wonderful children and lots of possibilities and influence? Then you might be the new colleague we are missing in Drivhuset.

In Drivhuset we have a pedagogue with leadership in the kindergarten, a team coordinator in the kindergarten and a team coordinator in the nursery, and now we are looking for an experienced pedagogue who is ready for the role as pedagogue with leadership function in the nursery.

You will be attached to a room and have base there. You will help create a good and developing everyday life for the children in close collaboration with your colleagues in Drivhuset.

We work closely together, and our daily life is characterized by sparring, collaboration and knowledge sharing across the house. We have many pedagogues employed with us, and we hope to get you on the team.

As a pedagogue with leadership you have a special task in the nursery, where you in close collaboration with the team coordinator and the manager shall ensure the pedagogical direction, and be the link between management and your colleagues in the nursery. You will have close collaboration with the other pedagogue with leadership, where you among other things will have a fixed office day once a week together.

About you

We are looking for you, who have experience with working in nursery and know what everyday life looks like, and how to create wellbeing and development in the children. Maybe you have been in or are in BUF leadership talent and need to try leadership to become more clear about what the role entails.

It is not essential that you have leadership experience, but we would like you to have the courage to lead and show the way for your colleagues. You must be structured and want to work from a fixed structure, where both children and adults always know what should happen, and who does what. You must also be able to set boundaries for your colleagues, and for the children in a clear and caring way. Furthermore you must enjoy collaboration.

A little more about Drivhuset

We are an integrated institution, located on Floras Allé in Vanløse in a house we call Byhaven. Here we have four nursery groups and two kindergarten groups. In addition, we have a childminding kindergarten in Lille Skensved, which we call Frilandshaven, where we have two more kindergarten groups.

We are a relatively young staff group with plenty of professionalism and drive. We are inspired by Marte Meo pedagogy, which means that we highlight what works well, confirm and mirror the children and focus on the children's communities.

In Byhaven we have bright premises and two large common rooms. Outside, we have a wonderful playground with a ball court, climbing frame and much more, so we have good conditions for fun and varied activities both indoors and outdoors.

Salary and employment terms

The position is 37 hours per week with start 1 January 2027. Salary and terms of employment according to current collective agreement and within the framework of local salary formation. In connection with the employment we obtain child and criminal records certificates and take references.
