Your contribution to the residents’ daily life

In this role you will have a broad range of tasks and a large degree of autonomy for your professional input. The workday is diverse and centered on creating good frameworks and promoting the residents’ quality of life. You provide support in daily life – from personal hygiene and practical tasks such as cooking and shopping, to participation in social activities, relationships and developmental interactions. You motivate, guide and support the residents with care and clarity, even when their needs are complex.

Additionally, transfers, personal care, medication management and conflict resolution are part of the job, as is contributing to an inspiring and collaborative work environment.

Practical info and contact

The position is full-time with 37 hours per week and involves rotating shifts – morning, evening and every other weekend. Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement. We obtain relevant criminal and child protection checks as part of the recruitment process.
