Educator for Balleskolens Klub – permanent position

Do you want to help create the good club offering at Balleskolen? Then you are exactly who we need.

In Balleskolens Klub we now have a permanent position starting 1 January 2027. The position is 32 hours and will be distributed between the school part and the after-school part. Furthermore, you will become part of weekly club meetings, development meetings, etc. Finally, you will have tasks in the school's local special provision, where your tasks will be built around practical subject workshops, support into the school, mm. Therefore, it may also be possible that the hourly rate can be expanded in the long term.

In Balleskolens Klub, 3 pedagogical staff work to create the good leisure offer for our well over 160 registered children in the middle years, 4th-6th grade. The opening hours in the club are 13.00-16.30.

We are looking for a colleague who is welcoming, has an affirming approach to both children and adults, who has a good sense of humor and inner calm, and who can be a safe adult for the children. We look forward to hearing about your special talents and interests, which can unfold in a club with good physical facilities both inside and outside. If you have a creative profile, you will complement the team well.

We expect, as a starting point, that you have a pedagogical education, but we are open to other pedagogical backgrounds if relevant to the task.

As a pedagogue in Balleskolens Klub it is your primary task to create the framework for good and safe children’s communities, as well as to support and lead in play and pedagogical activities. You work closely with your colleagues on the task in the club, so it is important that you value collaboration highly.
