We are looking for educators for Hyldegården Children's House, a children's house in development. We are well on track to 90 % educators and work to create the best conditions for well-being and opportunities for participation.

Therefore we are looking for you who are trained as an educator and want to be part of a team where professional sparring and reflection constitute high quality for both children and adults in Hyldegården.

A little about us

Hyldegården Children's House is a lovely integrated day care institution, consisting of about 60 happy children aged 0-6 years distributed across 5 groups, of which 2 are nursery groups and three are kindergarten groups. In Hyldegården Children's House we work with preventive pedagogy, community-building pedagogy and complex pedagogical issues.

Our pedagogical approach is based on creating a safe and stimulating everyday life for the children, where play and learning go hand in hand. We focus on children's well-being, development and community, and we place great emphasis on close collaboration with the parents.

In Hyldegården you will become familiar with Marte Meo in practice, children and families in vulnerable positions and close collaboration with cross-professional partners.

In Hyldegården we have good collegiality and an appreciative approach to one another. This gives us a good starting point to jointly develop our culture and professional development. Therefore there is also opportunity for competence development through courses and various forms of education.

As a newly employed educator in Gladsaxe Municipality you will follow our introduction program. It helps you get started well, so you can quickly thrive in your new job. We also offer ongoing coaching and internal courses that can support your work. We are a workplace that prioritizes flexibility and a good balance between work and private life, including by offering the possibility of a 4-day work week.

Pay and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

As a trained educator in our day care houses you receive a permanent Gladsaxe allowance as well as a seniority allowance after 2 years of uninterrupted employment.

The position is 37 hours per week. If a full-time position is not right for you, we are happy to discuss another number of hours.
