Educator for Fuglsang

Our wonderful house is growing fast! We are enrolling more children, but we insist on good staffing levels and a high proportion of pedagogically trained staff. We are looking for an educator, psychomotor therapist, or similar for our kindergarten.

So, if you are trained as an educator or something similar, would you like to work 37 hours a week (or just a little less) and are you looking for a job where pedagogical professionalism, development, and well-being for both children and adults are in focus? Childcare House Fuglsang is housed in a lovely and newly built institution and has a truly fantastic framework, together with Rebild Municipality's special kindergarten Fuglereden. Although we are divided into nursery and kindergarten, we work together on the group of children and see ourselves in a community around the task.

We work from an inclusive view of children and want present adults around the children. Therefore we also spend many hours on the floor, at eye level, with a focus on the good relationship between child and adult. We follow the child’s initiative, but also focus on the educator as a role model and guide for the individual child.

The house’s square meters and a large number of staff provide particularly good opportunities across the fixed rooms you are attached to as an employee.

There is room and ample opportunity to develop your ideas and lots of happy children who want to participate. There are many opportunities in the large community, and it is important that you are ready to be part of that community. Both the kindergarten and nursery are organized in mixed-age groups with a fixed team of adults around them.

Børnehuset Fuglsang is part of Dagtilbud Syd, and released with its own finances, with the opportunity to work with and develop your own pedagogical practice, based on Rebild Municipality’s vision for the child and youth area, the municipality’s common view of children, and Dagtilbud Syd’s framework for a committed community with expectations for parents, staff and leaders. Salary and terms of employment according to the current collective agreement between KL and BUPL.

In connection with the employment a criminal background check will be obtained.
