Educator to a small cozy kindergarten in Nørrebro

Would you like to be an important part of a small cozy kindergarten, where presence, community and engagement are part of everyday life?

We are seeking a stable, caring and engaged educator 37 hours per week from 1 November or as soon as possible thereafter, who wants to help create good conditions for our children.

Who are we?

·        We are an independent kindergarten with 22 children and 5 staff. Our size offers some very special possibilities. Here we know each other, the children and the families really well. We have close collaboration and the possibility to be flexible and see opportunities and solutions in everyday life without a long “command path”.

·        We can offer a dynamic house with high professionalism and a joyful group of children, where pedagogy, relationships and leadership go hand in hand and a daily life characterized by good and trusting parental collaboration with involvement and clarity about daily operations, which helps to provide a high level of parental satisfaction.

·        Our primary focus is to ensure that the children are in good well-being and development as a foundation for their future lives.

·        We can likewise offer a house where we value both the individual child and the child community as a whole, as well as play and activities with the children both inside the house and outside the house, which are given high priority and help promote the children’s social development, curiosity and view of the world.
