Adult Center Ristolahaven is seeking Pedagogue for a 2:1 special arrangement at Løvehuset

Løvehuset is a residential facility under § 108 with two residents with special needs aged 18 and 33 years.

Ristolahaven is one of Marjatta's four adult centers and consists of several shared homes as well as individual apartments. In the area there are 36 residents who, together with the staff, work to form an active and dynamic community. We work holistically from Rudolf Steiner's view of humanity and Marjatta's values, goals and guiding principles for action.

Løvehuset is a residential facility under § 108 with two residents with special needs aged 18 and 33 years.

The work includes, among other things

• Maintaining a structured daily routine.
• Expanded personal hygiene.
• Medication handling.
• Pedagogical and health-professional documentation.
• Cooperation with a resident who can exhibit problematic and outwardly reactive behavior.
• Changing work shifts day/evening/night (awake) as well as weekends and holidays.

Personal competencies

• You have goodwill and preferably experience with relationship-oriented pedagogy.
• You are prepared to work according to our values, goals and action framework and our value-based personnel policy with kindness as the operating principle.
• You can see yourself as a good support in the resident's home and can help with all daily tasks.
• You are present, pedagogically creative and good at reading moods and situations.
• You have basic PC skills.
• You have a driving license and can drive in Copenhagen.

Salary and employment: The employment and salary placement occurs according to the regional collective agreement for social-pedagogical staff as well as Marjatta's locally agreed pre-agreements.

Starting salary for unionized employees: Marjatta, under a management agreement with Region Zealand, is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of the base salary, centrally set allowances and pension under the relevant collective agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the salary may include negotiable allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
