In Nygården we are looking for a trained educator who wants to become part of a professionally strong community where care, play, development and presence go hand in hand.

Who are we?

Nygården is an integrated institution with about 60 children spread across 4 rooms. We believe that children develop best in secure relationships, and therefore presence and recognition are the core of our pedagogical work.

We are a staff group that helps each other, shares ideas, laughs together and takes our professionalism seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.

• be a trained educator and can put your professional knowledge to use every day
• be curious about children\'s perspectives and be excited by their small and large developmental leaps
• can create secure relationships with both children, parents and colleagues
• take initiative and actively contribute to community and play
• want to develop the pedagogical practice together with us
• can see the value in both mud-puddles, reading aloud and a good collegial moment of laughter
• reflect on your own practice and subsequently adjust it
• can work in writing in our various subject-specific systems

Practical

The position is full-time with start on January 1, 2027.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
