About the position

We are seeking an educator for our toddler/nursery department. You will become part of a house where professionalism, collaboration and job satisfaction go hand in hand. Although the position is in the nursery, it is expected that you are flexible and can see yourself in both the nursery and the kindergarten. Eventyrgården is facing a merger with Børnehuset ved Bækken in spring 2027, and it is therefore important that you can see yourself in a house that is undergoing change.

About Eventyrgården

We are an integrated institution with about 100 children aged 0–6 years, distributed across three toddler and three kindergarten groups, located in two houses next to each other. The institution has a meal scheme, which started in September 2025. Eventyrgården has 22 staff, a deputy manager and a daily manager.

We are part of Dagtilbudsområde Syd in Næstved Municipality, where in 2026 and 2027 we have a special focus on child communities, language, play and pedagogical positioning.

Eventyrgården stands before a comprehensive renovation in the coming years, which gives a unique opportunity to integrate the pedagogical practice into new learning spaces. You must therefore be able to see opportunities in changes with a focus on development and high quality.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement entered into between KL and BUPL.

Commencement Friday the 1st of January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.
