Pedagogues sought for the Residential Facility Lindelunden – Permanent Employment About the position We are seeking two pedagogues for permanent employment who wish to join a strong multidisciplinary team. As a pedagogue at Lindelunden you will be an important part of creating the framework for both community and individualized quality of life in safe surroundings.

About Lindelunden Lindelunden is a residential facility under the Danish Service Act §105, subsection 2 and §§83 and 85. At Lindelunden there are 48 residents with psychiatric, social and somatic challenges with differentiated support needs. We work recovery-oriented and focus on each resident's wishes, dreams and goals.

Some residents receive round-the-clock full care, while others receive their support through pedagogical work and activities. Lindelunden is located in a scenic area close to Trekroner Station with good connections to all of Zealand.

Your tasks • Create frameworks that promote residents' quality of life and well-being

• Support residents' daily life with focus on independence and mastery
• Carry out pedagogical interventions focusing on the link between goals and outcomes
• Contribute creatively and professionally to solutions together with the residents
• Work with activities that support community and individual development goals

Employment terms • The positions are 37 hours per week

• A criminal record check and references will be obtained prior to employment.

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement.
