Is that you Flora and all her friends should play with? Then hurry to read along here, we are looking for an appreciative, reflective and relationally skilled educator for Børnehuset Midgaard for the toddler room starting 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

Who are we?

Børnehuset Midgaard is part of Dagtilbud Nordøst and we want to be known by the hashtag #engodbørnedag.

We have a particular focus on nature and outdoor life as a diverse and inspiring play and learning environment. In the outdoor space something magical happens when the focus is high quality in the good days for children and a good child life for all children.

With us children have the opportunity to be curious, ask questions and experiment with finding answers.

Our practice takes its starting point in the child's knowledge, wonder and questions, and these are processed in small or larger themes.

Early intervention has decisive significance for all children's participation opportunities and for their ability to play and learn in inclusive communities with good friends and present pedagogical staff.

You will be involved in supporting

• Good days for children every day and inclusive communities.
• Diversity, flexibility, learning, development, well-being, formation and play.
• A high professional quality and a reflective culture.
• And meet the children with warmth, presence and joy.

It is expected that you

• have a fundamental appreciative view of children and be development-oriented.
• can establish close cooperation with children, parents, and colleagues.
• can collaborate on the strengthened pedagogical curriculum and activities, support children's play independently and together with the other pedagogical staff of the group.
• can help create flexible and inclusive play and learning environments so that all children feel like meaningful participants in the community.
• are reliable and flexible in attendance.

You will receive a mini education program with introduction to NPRP, play and practice runs together with the daycare's skilled Play Captains.

With us you are never alone – we develop practice together.

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the current collective agreement and the rules about New Salary.
