ITC Ejendomsservice is looking for a new colleague who would like to be part of a nice, fun, and developing work community at Københavnsvej 266 in Roskilde.

A little about us - and about you: ITC Ejendomsservice is a protected workplace for adults with congenital/acquired brain injury, pervasive developmental disorders and/or mental vulnerability. We are based on Københavnsvej in Roskilde, where there are also other services for people with special needs.

We are all passionate about contributing to creating a good working life for, and with, the citizens. The most important for us is therefore that you always focus on the citizens' well-being, work identity and job satisfaction.

You are educated as a pedagogue, craftsman or workshop assistant. You may have knowledge of/experience from pedagogical work with the citizen group – and possibly experience from the §103 area.

It is important to us that you are calm, structured, have an easy smile, can create an overview and take things on early.

We currently employ 14 people who participate in carrying out property service tasks on many different sites in Roskilde Municipality. In our daily work we are distributed into smaller crews that drive out from our base; therefore it is also a necessary prerequisite that you have a driver's license.

Our daily tasks are defined via contracts with different parties, and consist of respectively 'blue' and 'green' tasks. The blue tasks are tasks of a craft nature. The green tasks include, among other things, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weed control, winter maintenance during working hours, etc.

Our core mission is to create a meaningful, developing and socially supportive work community for/with the citizen group, which in different ways are challenged or vulnerable - and who each have a need for support and consideration in daily life.

Our professional approach is based on a neuro-pedagogical framework, implemented in practice through recovery-oriented rehabilitation and motivational interviewing. We also work in conflict prevention with Low Arousal, and we have a strong focus on relationship work.

Additional information: The position is 37 hours per week, and the working hours are daytime between 7:30 and 15:30.

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, which, among other things, means that you, as a craftsman, will be employed as a workshop assistant with professional training.

References and a criminal record check will be obtained upon employment.

Start date: February 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.
