Pedagogical assistant for HFO2 Georgs Drage

(25 hours per week)

We are looking for a club employee for 25 hours per week with a start on 26 October 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter .

The position is a maternity leave replacement and runs until 1 July 2027 .

About the job

HFO 2 Georgs Drage is a leisure-time offering for children aged 10-13 years. We focus on community, well-being, co-determination and exciting activities that give the children good experiences and strengthen their relationships.

As a club employee you will be an important part of a dedicated team that every day works to create a safe, fun and development-oriented environment for the children. We offer, among other things, creative workshops, role-playing, a music workshop, sports activities and special events.

Working hours are mainly in the afternoon, typically between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM . In addition there will be occasional evening events in connection with parties, trips and other special activities.

During school holidays we arrange all-day activities and trips away from the house, for example to a play area, ice rink or other exciting destinations. Here it is expected that you actively participate together with the children.

We are looking for an employee who

• Wants to work with children aged 10-13 years.
• Is good at building relationships and creating safe communities.
• Can take the initiative for activities, projects and events.
• Is responsible, flexible and collaborative.
• Thrives in a day-to-day life where two days are rarely the same.

It is an advantage if you have experience with pedagogical work or from the leisure and club sector, but this is not a requirement.
