About us

Nature Kindergarten Mols Bjerge is located in the middle of National Park Mols Bjerge and has for more than 30 years been a pioneer in nature pedagogy. Here, forest, heaths, hills, beach and the bonfire area are not just backdrops – they are the foundation for children's play, learning and development.

We work from a fundamental belief that children develop best through sensory experiences, curiosity, community and presence. Safety and relationships are central values in our daily life, and we prioritise time for immersion over speed.

About the position

We are looking for an engaged assistant with practical hands-on skills, curiosity in natural sciences and a desire to create good experiences with the children. You thrive with outdoor life year-round and see nature as both playground, workshop and learning space, where children can explore, play and learn together. You will become part of an experienced nature-pedagogical team and a safe and meaningful everyday life for children aged 3–6 years.

The work takes place at rotating locations in the area, and you must thrive with an active outdoor life in all kinds of weather.

We are looking for

• an assistant with practical hands-on skills.
• preferably musical abilities
• you have an interest in – and preferably experience with – nature and outdoor life with children.
• you must be creative in nature together with the children
• you can translate nature's possibilities into meaningful activities for children
• you thrive with physical activity and outdoor life year-round
• you have an overview, calm and presence in interactions with children
• you are flexible regarding working hours between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• you contribute positively to the community and collaboration within the staff group
