PEDAGOGICAL ASSISTANT for Børnehuset Kloden; are you the right match?

We are seeking

Pedagogical assistant primarily for the 0-3 years group from November 1, 2026.

We are staffed for 36 infants and 60 kindergarten children distributed in 3 teams: Nordlyset, Månestrålen and Solglimtet. Each team consists of an infant group and a kindergarten group.

The beacon for the team's collaboration is to create and maintain the best possible conditions for a coherent 0-6 years child life within a manageable framework with opportunities for participation for all children.

We are seeking a pedagogical assistant who will and can match the above and

• preferably has practical institutional experience with children in the 0-3 age group or has drive and commitment to work with the target group.
• is caring and present in the interaction with the children.
• able to balance between respectful guidance, coaching and following the children's tracks in relational work.
• maintains overview when things move quickly in an often unpredictable everyday life.
• is a loyal partner to the other educational staff.
• is initiating, a team player and active in relation to the pedagogical practice as a whole.
• is reflective of own and others' practice.
• receives guidance from the pedagogues.
• is attendance-stable, initiative-taking and diligent.
• with good humor solves the practical tasks that are part of practice.
• is flexible regarding working hours.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary determination takes place after negotiation with the bargaining-empowered professional organization based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement which can form the basis for the salary determination

Weekly hours: 37 hours.
