We are looking for a pedagogical assistant for a permanent position in the kindergarten part of Børnehuset Spiren. The position is full-time and available from 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Børnehuset Spiren is a wonderful and small integrated institution, centrally located in Støvring. The nursery is normed to 15 children, and 40 children in the kindergarten. We thrive in an appreciative and dynamic work community, where collegial reflection, sparring and knowledge sharing across, ongoing practice development, and a systematic evaluation culture are prioritized. Therefore, your ideas or contributions are more than welcome.

Overall, the team at Børnehuset is new, and the parent group is very interested and engaged in the opportunities that lie in it - and gladly contribute with thoughts on how we together develop our pedagogical offering.

Spiren has a large playground with plenty of opportunities for play and activity, and inside we work with flexible and clearly defined play and learning spaces that provide greater opportunities for immersion.

Børnehuset Spiren is part of Dagtilbud Syd, and free-standing with its own finances, with the possibility to work with and develop your own pedagogical practice, based on Rebild Municipality's vision for the children and youth area, the municipality's shared view of children, and Dagtilbud Syd's framework for a committed community with expectations for parents, staff, and leaders. This means that there is an open and active dialogue about practice, core tasks, and quality in our house. It allows for open processes where you can apply your professional judgment.

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and FOA.
