We are a day care facility for citizens with autism spectrum disorders and citizens with severe multiple functional disabilities. Our daily life is built around activities, movement, presence and meaningful communities. About the job

As an on-call substitute in our day care, you will be an important part of creating structure, security and meaningful activities for the citizens. The everyday life consists among other things of

• relationship work and close citizen contact
• planning and carrying out activities with focus on inclusion and participation
• support for communication, interaction and self-determination
• rehabilitative and development-oriented pedagogical work
• collaboration with colleagues, relatives and interdisciplinary partners
• documentation and professional reflections
• morning shift in the residential department, hence the working hours start at 07:00 (Fri day off at 14:00 or 15:00)
• care tasks in the form of personal care e.g. diaper changes
• health-related tasks e.g. administration of medications.

We work from an understanding that all citizens have a right to a meaningful life with opportunities for participation, relationships and development – also when communication is different, and needs are complex. You will receive an introduction to the citizens and to the tasks involved.

Employment terms

You are employed as an on-call substitute and offered shifts when our permanent staff are absent. We want you to be able to start as soon as possible. Salary and terms follow the applicable collective agreement. We collect references and a criminal record as part of the recruitment process.
