Pedagogical assistant or assistant educator at Børnehuset Grønnegården from 1 November 2026

Do you want to help create the framework for a safe, educational and development-focused everyday life for the children at Grønnegården? We are looking for an engaged and competent colleague for our kindergarten team, where presence and professionalism go hand in hand.

About Grønnegården

Grønnegården is a modern kindergarten house that opened in February 2022. Today we have 75-80 children and a team of about 18 dedicated staff who every day work to create the best conditions for the children's well-being, development and formation.

We focus on creating an educational environment where children thrive and develop through play and learning. We work with a view of childhood based on recognition and respect for each individual child. With us there is room to develop – both for children and adults – and we place high value on professional sparring and collaboration.

As an assistant educator you will become an important part of everyday life, where you support the children and contribute to their well-being and development through presence and care. You will work closely with the educators and will receive sparring and support so you can develop in the role and contribute with your competences.

As a new pædagogmedhjælper (assistant teacher) or pædagogisk assistent (pedagogical assistant) in Gladsaxe Municipality you will follow our induction program and be introduced to the pedagogical practice in the kindergarten. We continuously support the work with close leadership, coaching and internal courses. The position is 37 hours. If a full-time position isn’t right for you, we are happy to discuss another number of hours.

Salary and terms of employment according to the collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles.

In connection with the hiring we will obtain child and criminal records checks and take references.
