About the position

As an educational leader you will be responsible for creating direction, quality and development in the pedagogical practice. You will support the staff's professional competence, strengthen collaboration with the parents and be a visible leader close to everyday life.

We are looking for a leader who

• is trained as an educator
• is professionally curious and focused on pedagogical quality
• can engage in all everyday situations in both the toddler group, the kindergarten and the kitchen
• creates followership through trust, clarity and presence
• recognizes the strengths of staff and supports their development
• can balance operations, development and relational leadership
• wishes to make a difference for children, families and staff.

The Adventure House daycare is part of Dagtilbud Gistrup, where we collaborate to create strong learning environments and opportunities for participation for all children.

As an educational leader you will have both responsibility for development at Adventure House and the opportunity to actively contribute to the joint development of the daycare.
