About the position

At Lillevang School's SFO we work purposefully to create participation opportunities for all children through play, relationships, movement, creativity and communities.

We work with a pedagogy where children through workshop activities, play and their own initiatives have the opportunity to explore and develop their interests. At the same time we are in the process of developing our leisure-pedagogical practice with a focus on strong communities, inclusive environments and meaningful activities for all children.

You will become part of a professionally strong team where collaboration, engagement and the children's well-being are central. • Meet the children with engagement, recognition and focus on their participation opportunities

We offer

  • A workplace with happy and curious children
  • Committed and helpful colleagues
  • An SFO in development with a focus on communities, workshop pedagogy and participation opportunities
  • Management that emphasizes trust, collaboration and dialogue
  • Good physical facilities with access to both outdoor and indoor activities
