Who are you?

You are a person who meets both people and tasks with curiosity, warmth and professional reflection. You have a bachelor-level pedagogical education – or perhaps you have built solid experience through many years working with people with autism and complex support needs.

You have a calm presence and a natural ability to create security – also in situations where the citizen needs support with personal care or reacts with outwardly aggressive behavior. You maintain an overview and meet the citizen with respect, understanding and professionalism.

You work with low arousal as a fundamental approach – not only as a method, but as a way of being in the world. You believe that development occurs in relationships, and you are focused on supporting the citizens in their proximal development zone with attention to both small advances and large potentials.
