Caretaker sought for a cozy day-care center on Frederiksberg

Are you a craftsman who can do a bit of everything, and do you have some free hours per week that you would like to fill with varied, concrete tasks – without long meetings and without having to be on-call all the time?

We are a small day-care center centrally located on Frederiksberg, and we are looking for a permanent caretaker who can take care of the tasks that accumulate in daily life. These may include:

• Repair of small things on the playground
• Securing play areas
• Hanging pictures and items on the walls
• Smaller painting and maintenance tasks
• And otherwise a bit of everything that comes up along the way

How it works

You agree the tasks with the management, and then you solve them independently at your own pace and with your own professional judgment. We have some tools on site, but it is advantageous if you have the equipment you usually use.

We expect from you

• That you work responsibly and never leave tools or materials unattended – there are children in the building, and you must be able to navigate this safely and calmly
• That you can make independent decisions and solve tasks without having to ask about everything
• That you are comfortable with curious children sometimes being curious about you and your work

The practical

• Hourly compensation
• Approximately 5-7 hours per week – they can also be gathered during the month into, for example, two days
• Flexible scheduling of hours – we figure it out together
• Central location in Frederiksberg
• Parking during working hours
