About the position

You will be a central part of the finance department, where you work with both operational tasks and development-oriented tasks. The day-to-day is diverse, and you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the tasks and contribute ideas for improvements.

We are therefore looking for a person who thrives with responsibility, is service-minded by nature and is motivated to create structure, quality and momentum.

Your main tasks

• Accounts receivable management and follow-up with customers
• Handling of dunning procedures
• Payroll processing for both hourly paid employees and salaried staff
• Controlling and financial follow-up
• Responding to inquiries from colleagues and partners
• Optimization and development of processes and workflows
• Backup for the accounts payable function
• Diverse administrative and financial ad hoc tasks

About you

We imagine that you have experience from a finance function and thrive in a role where you work independently and actively participate in a team.

• It would be an advantage if you have experience with:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Payroll processing
