About the position

As a People Systems Specialist you will be part of our People Systems & Data team in People & Culture. You will take a central role in ensuring user-friendly and efficient People Systems that support our P&C processes and contribute to reliable organizational data.

You will act as a link between the business, People & Culture, IT, Group People Systems and external system vendors. A significant part of the role will be using your knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central to understand the business needs, translate them into clear system requirements and drive improvements in our People Systems.

Your responsibilities will include

• Gathering and validating needs: Drive the process of collecting, detailing and validating requirements for changes and improvements in our People Systems (particularly SuccessFactors Employee Central and related systems).
• Functional systems support: Deliver 2nd-level functional support and take a leading role in troubleshooting and solving complex system-related issues.
• Testing and quality assurance: Plan, execute and document tests of system changes across our central People Systems.
• System configuration: Contribute to easier system configuration where relevant, and collaborate with internal and external vendors on more complex changes.
• Project contribution: Actively contribute to cross-functional system projects and ensure progress within your own area of responsibility.
• Stakeholder management: Ensure clear and timely communication to relevant stakeholders about system operation, changes and implementations.

The position is anchored in the People Systems & Data team, and you will report to the People Systems & Data Manager.

Your upcoming team

You will become part of the People Systems & Data team in our People & Culture function. The team works to ensure that our People Systems and Data support efficient P&C processes, create a good user experience, and support the business with insights into the organization.

In the role you will have broad contact and will collaborate closely with colleagues within People Operations and central teams in P&C as well as with ISS Denmark IT Application Management, Group People Systems, system vendors and cross-functional project teams. You will also have contact with managers and other users of our People Systems in the organization.

About you

As a People Systems Specialist we imagine you have a combination of the following competencies and experience:

• Experience with governance and management of People Systems in a larger organization, and in particular SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience with digital document management solutions within HR.
• Experience with collecting, describing and validating business and system requirements.
• Experience with functional systems support, troubleshooting and testing of system changes.
• Good communication skills and ability to translate technical or complex problems into a clear and business-oriented language.

At the same time you have an eye for detail without losing sight of the overall process and the business needs.
