Pharmaconomist or nurse

Pharmaconomist or nurse sought for a special temporary assignment

We are seeking a pharmaconomist or a nurse who has flair for medication management, and who will help us review our residents' medications with a view to switching to dosed-packaged medication from the pharmacy.

You will, among other things, be responsible for tasks such as

• Systematic review of residents' medications
• Guidance for residents and relatives about the transition to dosed-packaged medication
• Dialogue with the attached general practitioners
• Guidance for staff on dosed-packaged medication and side-dispensing
• Introduction of medication carts

You will have ongoing dialogue with our nursing home nurse.

About us

Tycho Brahe’s Road 2 Care Home is located in Haslev. It is a somatic care home with 40-44 residents.

Here, social and health care staff are employed and a nursing home nurse.

It is a well-functioning care home with high professionalism around the clock.

We continuously work with the many initiatives of the elderly reform, but have also chosen to focus specifically on improving the quality and continuity in relation to daily medication management.

About you

You are educated as a pharmaconomist or nurse. You have experience with, or an interest in, medication management, and you are a skilled communicator.

You must be able to work independently and be focused on the goal. But you must also be aware of the good process along the way to it.

Working hours and start date

You will work daytime hours, but whether you work part-time or full-time is not decisive. The important thing is that you reach the goal. Therefore, it is not impossible that you have another job on the side.

We would like you to start as soon as possible, and we imagine that the temporary position runs for 3 months. This, however, depends on how many hours we agree you should work.
