Pharmaconomist for Clinical Pharmacy

The hospital pharmacy is expanding and is therefore seeking a new colleague who will dispense medicines to inpatients on wards, record medication anamnesis with patients, and perform medication service in the departments.

The job

The hospital pharmacy offers the opportunity to apply the breadth of your pharmaconomist education in close collaboration with the hospital's healthcare staff. You will join a team of pharmaconomists, who in rotation perform:

• Dispensing oral medicine and preparing IV medicine for admitted patients
• Medication anamnesis and reconciliation of medicines in the patient journal (EPJ) after discussion with the patient, and dialogue with the doctor about any findings/discrepancies between FMK and EPJ
• Medication service in the departments' medicine rooms, i.e. optimizing the department's medicine assortment. There will also be opportunities to contribute to medication service at the upcoming Health and Care campuses by agreement
• Focus on patient safety: Correct use of oral and/or IV medicines given at the right times during admission, and focus on medicines in sector transitions

Salary

Employment will take place according to the applicable collective agreement with the Pharmaconomist Association under the Health Cartel and Region of Southern Denmark. The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be told base salary, centrally fixed allowances and pension in the agreement for pharmaconomists. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications. Place of work

Primarily at the hospital pharmacy in Åbenrå but with regular need to be present at the hospital pharmacy's campus in Sønderborg.

Employment

The position is 37 hours per week or as agreed.

Start of employment: 1 December 2026.

Working hours vary, but occur on weekdays between 7 and 17.
