Damgårdsparken Nursing Home is seeking a nurse for the day shift

Are you a nurse with the heart in the right place?

Our current day nurse has chosen to work closer to home, and therefore we are now seeking a new colleague for a rarely available position.

We are looking for an engaged, professionally strong and curious nurse with a minimum of five years' experience. You are either trained as a clinical supervisor or would like to become one.

As a nurse at Damgårdsparken you will take the clinical nursing responsibility, participate in complex nursing pathways and function as a professional sparring partner for your colleagues. You will have the opportunity to make a noticeable difference for our residents and become part of a dedicated and skilled team where we help each other and nurture good well-being.

It is expected that you, when needed, participate in daily care and assistance. Together with our coordinating training supervisor you will contribute to the continued development of our learning environment. We are the municipality's largest educational institution for pupils and students within the social and health sector.

About you

• You have a minimum of five years' experience as a nurse.
• You may have experience as a clinical supervisor or be keen to train to become one.
• You possess high professional competence and a good sense of humor.
• You are empathetic, caring, and thrive in working with older people.
• You are keen to teach in practice and share your knowledge with colleagues, trainees and students.

Your tasks

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents.
• Guide and support colleagues' professional development.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Contribute to quality of life, safety and good everyday life for our residents.
• Assume the role of clinical supervisor for nursing students at all semesters.
• Ensure high quality in the nursing documentation in CURA.

Additional information

The position is 32-37 hours per week during daytime on weekdays.

Salary and terms of employment are set according to the current collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles.
