Plejecenter Rolighedsparken seeks a Social- and Health Care Assistant for predominantly day shifts from 01 December 2026 or earlier if possible

We offer 1 permanent position as of 01/12/2026 or as soon as possible thereafter – the number of hours is initially 32 hours per week with the possibility of full-time, which can be discussed during the interview, predominantly day shifts, with occasional evening shifts during 12 weeks. You will work every third weekend, plus an extra Saturday or Sunday every 12 weeks.

Rolighedsparken Nursing Home is located in the heart of Ikast and is the town's largest nursing home, currently with 57 resident apartments.

We work based on person-centered care according to Tom Kitwood's theories, focusing on the individual, safe surroundings and the good everyday life and the rehabilitative mindset.

All of our staff have completed training in person-centered care, and you will too.

You will join a team that focuses on interdisciplinary work, together with ERGO, nurses, Social and Health Care Assistants, social and health care helpers, and unskilled care staff.

We are an educational institution, therefore you as a Social- and Health Care Assistant (SSA) are expected to take responsibility as a co-mentor for our social and health care students.
