At CBRE Technical Service Partner you will become part of a strong team where we help each other, take responsibility and ensure that things work for our customers. As a gate technician you will have an independent role with your own service van and a daily life where a large part of your day-to-day work will take place at one of our important long-term customers in Ringsted. In addition, you will handle tasks for commercial customers on Zealand and in Copenhagen.

Your responsibilities

You will have a practical and varied everyday life, where you work with service, fault-finding and repair of gates and automatic door systems. You become an important part of the daily operation at the customer and help ensure that the facilities operate as they should.

Your tasks will include

• Troubleshooting and repair of gates and automatic door systems
• Service and preventive maintenance for commercial customers
• Adjustment and replacement of components
• Daily dialogue with customers and partners
• Planning and prioritization of own tasks in collaboration with the team

Who are you?

You don't need to come from a particular industry. The most important thing is that you have technical understanding, can work independently, and want to deliver good service to the customer.

We imagine that you

• Have technical aptitude within mechanics, electricity or automation
• Have experience with practical fault finding, service or maintenance
• Thrive in customer contact and are good at communicating
• Can take responsibility for your tasks and see them through to completion
• Have a category B driving license

If you have experience with gates, automatic door systems or similar technical installations, it is an advantage, but not a requirement.
