At JKS Randers we are looking for an intern for the spring semester 2027, where you will have the opportunity to try your hand at both HR-, recruitment- and communications tasks! You will become part of the team and have the opportunity to try out all aspects of the tasks we handle at our local office.

Your tasks

You will have a diverse everyday life, where the tasks range widely. You will, among other things, be working with:

• Search for potential candidates in relevant databases
• Coordination and planning of staffing solutions
• Telephone and written contact with candidates, customers and colleagues
• Creation and advertising of recruitment tasks
• Participation in relevant fairs and events
• Telephone screening of candidates and conducting candidate interviews
• Administrative tasks
• Ad hoc tasks

The tasks can also be adapted to your education and interests.

Who are you?

We envision that you are currently pursuing a relevant higher education at bachelor- or master level. Your major is not decisive; the most important thing is that you want to become a real JKS person with passion, dedication and, above all, an ambitious approach to your own and your team's tasks.

We offer

An educational internship where you will have the opportunity to participate on equal footing with the other consultants and become an integrated part of the team. The position is essentially a full-time internship running for 4-6 months. There is a continuous start depending on your studies, and the possibility to tailor the program in relation to study days and assignment writing.

We expect start in February or March 2027 by agreement

There must be an internship agreement with your educational institution, and your primary workplace will be our office in Randers.
