KMC expands! Randstad seeks 3 process operators for a modern factory in Brande

KMC is in rapid development. Due to a major expansion of the factory in Brande, we are currently seeking, on behalf of KMC, 3 new process operators for their wet chemistry division at KMC Derivat. The desired start for the new positions is in September or October.

welcome to production – the heart of refinement

As a process operator you will be a central driving force in KMC's production. The company receives base starch from its other factories, and it is here at KMC Derivat that the products are refined and gain their unique properties.

You will have a highly versatile daily life, where you monitor and control the processes at a state-of-the-art facility. You will join a small, self-managing production team, where you work in a structured and meticulous way with optimization and troubleshooting to ensure maximum uptime and finished product quality.

In headlines your primary tasks will be

• Monitoring and controlling the processes
• Blending of products as well as drying on vacuum wheels/spray towers
• Washing on hydrocyclones
• Handling and receiving chemicals
• Sampling and analysis of the products
• Troubleshooting, optimization and minor maintenance tasks on the facility
• Process control and documentation in accordance with KMC's ISO certifications

massive freedom and an attractive shift

The shifts run on a 5-week cycle with 12-hour shifts (distributed across day and night shifts), where you typically work 3-4 shifts in a row. The best of it all? The schedule is built so you have a full consecutive week off in each cycle. It gives you an enormous amount of freedom for everything you do when you are not at work.

who are you?

We imagine that you have previous experience as a process operator. Your exact education is not decisive – you could e.g. be educated as a process operator, dairy technologist, process technologist or have a skilled trades background combined with process experience.

We would prefer you to live within a commuting time of max. 45 minutes from Brande.
