In Munck Asfalt, Aalborg, we are right now seeking a batch mixer with a background as a process operator or another relevant education. We imagine that you have the hands-on skills – and that you, in time, would like to step into a role with leadership responsibilities. Of course we will ensure you are well prepared for the task.

About the job

As a batch mixer you will be responsible for ensuring that today's asphalt production runs optimally. You plan and prioritize orders, order materials and maintain ongoing contact with both internal and external customers. In addition, you are responsible for operation and maintenance of the plant in collaboration with your colleagues. Your tasks include, among others:

• Quality assurance and production planning
• Optimization of process and production methods
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of the plant
• Ongoing development of systems and statistics
• Focus on occupational health and safety and environmental considerations
