Process Operator for our factory in Nykøbing

Do you have experience with production and machine operation – and do you want to help ensure high quality in the production of concrete? Then you may be our new process operator!

We are looking for a colleague for our factory in Nykøbing. In everyday speech we call you and your colleagues mixedmasters, where you are part of our production department which comprises 3 Area Managers, an administrative coordinator, 30 mixer masters. Our production department is geographically located at all of our 15 factories distributed across large parts of Denmark.

Tasks as Process Operator/Mixer Master

As a mixer master you after training will have responsibility to produce ready-mixed concrete. Mixing of concrete happens behind the screen, via our IT systems, which you operate. In addition you will also:

• Operate and monitor our concrete mixers and production facilities
• Ensure quality and document the production
• Maintain and troubleshoot machines
• Comply with safety and environmental requirements
• order materials in accordance with production plans
• ensure that planned logistics between concrete plants and construction site/customers function
• have ongoing dialogue with customers and suppliers, both in person and via telephone

Who are you?

To become a success as our new colleague it would be an advantage if you have a education as process operator, industrial operator or relevant experience with a craft background, preferably as a mechanic. If you have experience from the concrete, construction or production industry it would be an advantage but not a requirement, as we provide thorough training. As a person you thrive with physical work and see a strength in teamwork.

All our production takes place via our IT systems, it is important that you have technical understanding and can work with different control systems. Concrete is a living material, it is therefore important that you are careful, responsible and have an eye for quality.

Qualifications

• Education as process operator, industrial operator or relevant experience
• Knowledge of concrete production, mixing technique and material handling is an advantage
• You master IT, as concrete mixing takes place behind the screen.
• Have at minimum a B driving license.
• You speak and understand Danish
