We are seeking a technically strong Process Engineer (Injection M molding) with a solid background in plastic injection molding.

The ideal candidate is trained as a plastic technician and has subsequently supplemented their practical experience with a further technical education, for example as a mechanical engineer or similar. The combination of deep practical understanding and strong engineering competencies is central to the role and is valued higher than a purely academic background.

You will become part of the development department and will work closely with production, QA, Supply Chain and other functions to ensure robust processes and successful implementation of new products and technologies. You are able to communicate complex technical issues in a way that creates understanding, engagement and results – from operators in production to engineers, specialists and management.

Primære ansvarsområder

• Drive systematic onboarding and process maturation of new molds and products
• Analyze and solve complex process- and equipment-related challenges
• Drive process optimization with a focus on quality, capacity and costs
• Support development projects from design to stable production
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to processes, validations and project deliveries

Kvalifikationer og erfaring

Must have

• Uddannet plastmager
• Videregående teknisk eller akademisk uddannelse, eksempelvis maskiningeniør, diplomingeniør eller tilsvarende
• Minimum 3 års erfaring med sprøjtestøbning, procesudvikling, industrialisering eller produktionsteknik
• Dokumenteret erfaring med systematisk fejlfinding og procesoptimering
• Solid teknisk forståelse for polymerer, værktøjer og sprøjtestøbeteknologi
• Erfaring med teknisk dokumentation og struktureret problemløsning
• Erfaring med tværfunktionelt samarbejde mellem udvikling, kvalitet og produktion
• Projektledelseserfaring

Nice to have

• Erfaring med statistiske værktøjer, DOE og dataanalyse
• Erfaring fra medicoindustrien eller andre regulerede produktionsmiljøer
• Erfaring med procesvalidering og IQ/OQ/PQ
• Erfaring med automation, robotteknologi eller visionsystemer

We are around 80 colleagues in Espergærde, and we develop and manufacture components for medical equipment and demanding technical products. It all happens in one building: development, tooling, injection molding, welding, assembly and quality. You will work in one department with your own expertise — but those who have the phase before and after yours sit one after another in the same building, not in another country.
