Production Technician

We are seeking a production technician for our company in Horsens.

HAI is a modern industrial company that surface-treats aluminum for customers in a range of demanding industries. You will become part of a company with about 150 employees and will have a versatile, collaborative role where you combine hands-on shopfloor work with responsibility for special orders, drawing review and optimization of workflows.

Responsibilities

As a production technician you actively participate in daily operations while contributing to ensuring that drawings, customer requirements and specifications are translated into an efficient and high-quality execution.

The position does not include supervisory responsibilities or management duties.

Your primary tasks will include, among others

• Review drawings, customer requirements and specifications
• Prepare and initiate new or special orders
• Participate in production and contribute to the daily problem solving
• Resolve and follow up on challenges in the operations
• Collaborate with production, quality and planning
• Contribute to improvements of processes and workflows
• Prepare and maintain work instructions
• Participate in the ramp-up of new products and processes
• Quality control and troubleshooting of deviations

Your profile

You ideally have experience from an industrial company and familiarity with drawings, customer requirements or production processes. Experience with surface treatment or metals is an advantage, but not a requirement. We place greater emphasis on your technical understanding, your commitment and your ability to translate requirements into practical solutions than on the number of years of experience.

This is a full-time hourly-paid position, and the salary is negotiated individually based on your qualifications, experience and competencies.
