Samt typen som brænder for at finde løsninger og forbedringer, så er det dig vi søger til Spray & Burner technology en vores production Engineers går på pension næste år, derfor søger vi allerede nu en erstatning som dermed får mulighed for oplæring i afdelingerne, du vil som vores nye Production Engineer blive en stor del af at sikre fokus på forbedringer, samt eksisterende processer i vores Forvamer og EBI områder, processerne består af mange forskellige typer, montage, læksøgning, elektronik produktion, test mm.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role you will use your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to create value across the production process.

You will

• Optimize and upgrade processes to increase output, improve quality and reduce costs
• Sikre stabile og effektive produktionsforhold i tæt samarbejde med kolleger på tværs af afdelinger
• Være operationel repræsentant i projekter , hvoraf noget forgår i vores cross funktionel gruppe, samt at drive procesændringer og sikre effektiv implementering
• Udføre datadrevne analyser og kapabilitetsstudier som grundlag for fejlfinding og forbedringer
• Vedligeholde dokumentation og arbejdsinstruktioner samt gennemføre RCPS-analyser ved kvalitetsafvigelser

What We're Looking For

We are looking for you who are naturally curious, who might have a little inventor inside, who can combine technical insight with a structured and collaborative approach and who have Focus and the ability to keep things running

For to succeed in the role you have

• Uddannelse som ingeniør eller tekniker – og erfaring fra en lignende rolle
• Godt til at udvikle og finde løsninger på forskellige problemer
• Kendskab til SAP, Lean, Six Sigma, IATF16949 og core tools som PFMEA, MSA, procesflow og kontrolplaner er en fordel
• Evnen til at arbejde selvstændigt og i tværgående teams – også på tværs af kulturer
• Gode kommunikationsevner på dansk og engelsk
