Production Technician

We are seeking a production technician for our company in Horsens.

HAI is a modern industrial company that surface-treats aluminium for customers in a range of demanding industries. You will become part of a company with about 150 employees and will have a versatile, collaborative role where you combine practical work on the shop floor with responsibility for special orders, drawing review and optimization of workflows.

Responsibilities

As a production technician you actively participate in the daily operations while contributing to ensuring that drawings, customer requirements and specifications are translated into an efficient and quality-compliant execution.

The position does not include personnel responsibility or management.

Your main tasks will include

• Review drawings, customer requirements and specifications
• Prepare and initiate new or special orders
• Participate in production and contribute to the daily task resolution
• Solve and follow up on challenges in the operation
• Collaborate with production, quality and planning
• Contribute to improvements of processes and workflows
• Develop and maintain work instructions
• Participate in the commissioning of new products and processes
• Quality control and fault finding in the event of deviations

Your profile

We envision that you

• Can read and understand technical drawings
• Work in a structured way and have a focus on quality
• Thrive on solving practical challenges
• Are collaborative and take responsibility
• Are eager to learn new things and develop yourself

You preferably have experience from an industrial company and familiarity with drawings, customer requirements or production processes. Experience with surface treatment or metals is an advantage but not a requirement. We place greater emphasis on your technical understanding, your commitment and your ability to translate requirements into practical solutions than on the number of years of experience.

We offer

• An exciting and versatile position in a growing company
• Thorough training in our processes and products
• Good colleagues and an informal, friendly tone
• Opportunity for professional and personal development
• A varied workday with both practical and coordinating tasks
• Opportunity to influence and improve workflows

This is a hourly-paid full-time position, and the salary is negotiated individually based on your qualifications, experience and competencies.

Working environment

At HAI we prioritise safety and the working environment. We provide the necessary protective equipment and workwear and expect all employees to contribute to a safe and proper working environment.

We look forward to hearing from you.
