Product Owner

Are you passionate about driving technical product development from concept to verification? Join Grundfos and help develop the next generation of energy-efficient domestic water pumps.

As our new Product Owner, you will play a central role in driving product development across the full value chain. Working closely with specialists, Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality, and other stakeholders, you will ensure priorities are clear, development activities are aligned, and products are delivered with the quality Grundfos is known for.

You will join Product Development within the Domestic Building Services division and report to Jørgen Vest Sørensen, Product Development Director.

"You will join the largest pump manufacturer in the world, and we are currently in the middle of a digital and agile transformation. As part of Product Development, you will get to work with our newest products and solutions," Jørgen says.

What is the job about?

The Domestic Building Services division has full end-to-end responsibility for our domestic pumps for residential use.

As Product Owner, you will drive product development activities from concept to verification and maintenance of product designs. You will define and prioritize the team's goals while ensuring alignment across Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and other key stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities include

• Driving technical product development from concept to verification
• Defining and prioritizing team goals and development activities
• Ensuring high-quality deliveries in line with project commitments
• Aligning stakeholders across the value chain
• Supporting product design maintenance and continuous improvements
• Managing priorities, dependencies, and risks

You will lead a team consisting of nine mechanical developers and two laboratory technicians.

What do you need to apply?

We imagine that you hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering combined with several years of experience within product development.

To succeed in this role, you likely have

• Experience with technical project management of physical products
• Strong technical understanding and product development experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working across functions in an international environment
• The ability to set direction and create alignment for a specialist team
• Professional proficiency in English

Danish language skills are an advantage.
