We are looking at a strong pipeline with plenty of exciting projects in the eastern part of Denmark, and we need new skilled colleagues

As Production Manager Concrete you will become part of NCC - Infrastructure East, Infrastructure. A unit with diverse tasks that handles complex cross-disciplinary projects. Here you will have a role within in-house concrete production. Your tasks will consist of planning, coordinating and controlling concrete works on complex civil engineering projects. You will join teams on both smaller and larger projects that include concrete contracts.

You will become part of a concrete crew where there is good opportunity for professional sparring and support. Your tasks will be to ensure high quality, safe production and an efficient project execution.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Planning and management of concrete production on larger civil engineering projects
• Coordination of own workforce,
• Entering into agreements with concrete suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensuring quality in formwork, reinforcing, casting and finishing
• Monitoring production rates, finances and progress
• Active participation in weekly and phase planning meetings
• Ensuring compliance with the project's requirements for work environment and safety
• Technical sparring with project management and construction management
• Participation in dialogue with the client, consultants and partners
• Contributing to optimization of methods and production processes

We imagine that you

• Have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience as production manager, site manager or foreman within concrete and civil engineering projects
• Have experience with formwork, reinforcement and casting of concrete constructions
• Have an education as an engineer, building designer or relevant professional experience
• Have understanding of production management, schedules and economics
• Work in a structured way and take responsibility for your projects
• Thrive in a daily life with many stakeholders and technical challenges
• Focus on safety, quality and collaboration

Current projects

Our tasks are varied, but we have, among others, current projects with concrete works within

• Waterworks
• Transformer stations
• Treatment plants
• Traditional plant constructions, such as concrete structures for heavy industry
• Energy projects
• Stormwater overflow tunnels
• Water and wastewater reservoirs

Common to the projects are complex concrete constructions, high quality requirements, intricate geometries and close coordination between other cross-disciplinary disciplines.

You will become part of NCC Infrastructure DK, Construction East – a unit focused on traditional civil engineering projects within utilities, infrastructure, climate adaptation and technical installations.
