About the job
Do you want to strengthen an early and job-oriented effort, where sick-listed citizens get to see the possibilities for retaining or resuming their connection to the labor market?
About the job
We believe that citizens and businesses can manage it themselves, and that for most people it is good to keep their job while ill – with the right conditions. As a professional coordinator, you will strengthen the professional quality in the sickness benefit efforts and help ensure that sick-listed citizens receive early, systematic and job-oriented follow-up.
You will support the employees in translating legislation, health information and the workplace’s opportunities into concrete plans for retention, partial return-to-work or gradual return to work. You will play a central role in creating a common professional direction, qualifying case discussions and ensuring that relevant support and compensation options are actively used.
These can include, for example, § 56 agreements, aids, mentoring, personal assistance, company internships, insurance and health schemes or possibilities via the collective agreement and pension.
Your key tasks
You should, among other things
- Translate legislation, rulings and political goals and strategies into clear professional practice in sickness benefit efforts
- Support the employees in concrete case discussions, assessments and choices of the next professional step
- Strengthen the work with early intervention, work retention, partial return-to-work and gradual back-to-work with ramp-up plans as the driving force
- Ensure active use of relevant support and compensation opportunities, e.g. § 56 agreements, aids, personal assistance
- Contribute with high professional quality and good workflows and translate learning in the team from supervision, complaints and data into improvement of professional practice.
- Facilitate professional meetings, learning spaces and shared direction in the team
- Contribute to training, sparring and professional development of colleagues
- Apply digital solutions and artificial intelligence to strengthen quality and efficiency in the core task
Who are you?
- You are educated as social worker or social facilitator or equivalent and have experience with the employment area and especially sickness benefit legislation
- You naturally think in early intervention, retention, workplace dialogue and possibilities
- You can translate rules, health information, resources and accommodation considerations into realistic job-oriented solutions – and you know that the citizen does not necessarily have to be completely healthy to be able to work fully or partially with the right accommodations
- You are clear, relationally strong and can create commitment through professionalism
- You are good at communicating, facilitating and creating a common direction
- You are curious about IT, data and digital solutions as part of professional development
We offer

- A position where you can combine legislation with the development of a strong retention perspective
- An workplace focused on well-being, professionalism and good collaboration
- An workplace with professional and social events, an active employee club, health scheme and free access to a fitness room.
