Your tasks will include

Project management, where you help the project team keep things moving by

• Creating an overview of projects and tasks in task management.
• Providing administrative support (data collection, preparation of presentations, ad hoc).
• Coordinating meetings, preparing minutes and following up on agreed tasks.
• Helping to keep projects on time and on budget, and especially raising the alarm if something goes off track.
• Contributing ideas and daring to challenge workflows.

HR, where you support work with employees and culture by

• Assisting with the preparation and publication of job postings.
• Preparing onboarding materials and coordinating start for new employees.
• Contributing to employee surveys and follow-up.
• Helping to create good frameworks, culture and social initiatives in the house.
• Assisting with improving processes across teams.
• Supporting daily routines and administrative HR tasks.

We are looking for someone who

• Is currently pursuing a relevant education in HR, communications or similar.
• Is interested in people and collaboration.
• Takes responsibility and follows things through.
• Can work independently and translate ideas into practical work.
• Is organized and can handle many tasks simultaneously.
• Communicates well – both in writing and verbally.
• Is curious, proactive and willing to dive into new things.
• Contributes positively both professionally and socially.

Your day-to-day life will take place in a fast-paced house where taking responsibility and drive are central, and where it is important that you dare to make your mark and express your opinions. You will join on equal footing with the other employees, which means you will also need to work independently and thus have a large degree of influence on your projects.

Introduction to the company and the job

Conversio is a full-service digital agency. We develop and maintain webshops for medium-sized companies, activate marketing in many different forms, and create data-driven growth through digital insight – all in one continuous process. In marketing we focus on PPC, SEO, social, email marketing, digital communication, content marketing and strategy – in short, we handle the entire customer journey. We create the best results for our customers because we have the best frameworks for our employees. That is our mantra and a central part of our culture.

The tasks will be numerous and varied, where you get to test your professional competencies within HR and project management and develop yourself personally.

Practical information

The internship is unpaid and has a duration of 3-6 months with start in January. The position is generally 37 hours per week, but we are of course flexible regarding your study commitments. The company is located in Frichsparken in the heart of Åbyhøj with short distance to Aarhus C and the highway.
