DELPRO A/S is a service and contracting company specializing in high-voltage installations and is thus a very important piece in the future's sustainable society. DELPRO was founded in 2000 and has about 250 employees attached to six locations in Denmark and abroad. Especially in recent years there has been strong growth with many new hires and new business areas in Denmark and abroad. If you are interested in helping shape the infrastructure of the future in Denmark, we are now seeking a:

Project Manager

who creates structure and ensures execution for the entire team

As a Project Manager you will play a central role in the planning and execution of high-voltage projects across Denmark. You take over the project from the bids department and are responsible for creating a structured plan, where it is expected that you take responsibility for leading and managing the project through execution and ongoing follow-up with regard to finances and degree of completion. You will join a team of colleagues where loyalty, professional pride and freedom are characteristic.

In addition, it is necessary that you maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure project success and high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service.

Projects can vary in size and complexity, so you will typically have 1-3 projects underway at the same time. In daily practice you will have close dialogue with your team leaders and it is expected that you continuously be on site and thereby have a good view of the projects.

Your profile

We expect that you have an education as either Mechanical Engineer (Maskinmester), Electrical Installer (El-installatør) or Electrical Engineer (El-ingeniør) with experience from the construction industry. The most important, however, is that you have knowledge of electrical engineering (optimally high voltage) and project management, and at least 5 years of experience as a project manager on sites.

In connection with the selection, we will particularly weight

• Extensive experience in project management of longer-term projects
• Good insight into electrical engineering solutions and ideally experience with high voltage
• Relevant insight into contracts and preferably AB18
• Relevant project management education
• A structured approach and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Thrives in collaboration and has good communication skills.
