Apply for the position

Do you want to lead projects that shape the infrastructure of the future? Then you are the one we are looking for!

As a project manager in Road & Tunnel, you will not only have responsibility for complex construction tasks – you will also have great freedom, influence and the opportunity to create innovative solutions in a strong professional environment. With a broad project portfolio, integrated consultancy and a decentral decision-making structure we ensure that your work is meaningful, varied and developing.

We work with versatile and challenging projects that range from design and maintenance to discipline- and project management on both small and large infrastructure projects. Our current tasks include, among others, bridge packages on the E45, a larger civil works package south of the Limfjord with 24 civil structures as well as two bridges over the railway at the Limfjord in connection with the 3rd Limfjord Connection.

We have a decentralised structure that gives you great influence on the projects. We believe the best decisions are made locally, which ensures a dynamic and meaningful workflow. You will become an integrated part of the projects and gain a strong sense of co-ownership and responsibility towards both customers and partners.

With us you will encounter a strong professional environment with deep specialization within rail, bridge and tunnel. We work purposefully to deliver the best solutions to our customers and partners, while continuously developing to maintain our position as one of the industry's leading consultants. We value a strong collaboration culture in a professional, but informal work environment, where you get a wide contact surface both internally and externally through our integrated consultancy.

About the position

As a project manager you play a central role in our projects. You have a broad area of responsibility that includes engineering, commercial and managerial tasks. You will lead and coordinate projects, secure resources, meet timelines and budgets, and communicate with customers and stakeholders. In addition you will manage risks and ensure quality in the projects. Your primary tasks will be:

  • Technical leadership and coordination of projects of various sizes
  • Project management with focus on planning, resource allocation and reporting
  • Identification and handling of risks as well as ongoing decision-making in dialogue with the project team, management and customers
  • Commercial tasks such as tender and contract drafting and budget management
  • Strategic positioning and development of our portfolio in collaboration with management
  • Relationship-building work with external partners
  • To contribute to a healthy and professional working environment

About you

We are looking for a structured and analytically strong project manager for our office in Aarhus, Silkeborg or Aalborg, who can create an overview of complex projects and at the same time ensure progress. You are a team player who can build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally. You thrive in a dynamic environment where the tasks vary, and you value a culture based on respect and collaboration. We imagine that you:

  • Have at least five years of experience with project management of larger civil engineering projects
  • Have a relevant engineering background
  • Are a strong communicator in both Danish and English
  • Have solid experience from the consulting industry

Does this sound like something for you? Then we look forward to hearing from you!

We will invite to interviews on an ongoing basis, so make sure to apply as soon as possible. If you have questions about the job, you are very welcome to contact Team Leader Kristine Vestorp Larsen at [email protected]
