Apply for the position
Do you have experience leading road and mobility projects – and can you create momentum in the collaboration between customers, stakeholders and a cross-disciplinary project team?
At Roads & Mobility we provide holistic advice within traffic planning, project design and green mobility. We advise municipalities, regions and private developers on everything from traffic safety and accessibility to mobility, integration between transport modes and planning of green mobility.
We are currently seeking project managers for several parts of the organization – and we are curious about your profile. When you apply, we would love to hear which competencies and areas of interest you especially bring to the table, so we can match you with the team, the professional focus and the projects that best fit your experience and your ambitions.
Our competencies span a broad range – from traffic planning and traffic analyses to signal installations, capacity calculations, simulations, geometric design and dimensioning as well as traffic safety and accessibility revisions. We are also involved in larger construction projects and the establishment of several of the country’s super cycle paths.
About the position
As a project manager you will play a central role in planning, guiding and coordinating projects across disciplines and project phases. You will become a natural focal point for dialogue with the client and ensure that deliverables are technically strong, delivered on time and support the project’s overall goals.
Your primary tasks will, regardless of team, be
- Lead and coordinate projects within road and mobility, where department, project types and technical focus are adapted to your competencies, ambitions and experience – always with a focus on quality, schedule and economy
- Ensure structured project management, including planning, resource allocation and ongoing follow-up
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary deliverables and ensure a good process from analysis and planning to design and tender
- Handle stakeholders and ensure clear communication and expectation alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to bid work – including structure of deliverables and technical input to methods and project organization
About you
You thrive in a role with a high degree of contact, where you create overview and momentum, while also having an eye for technical quality and good collaborative relations. You can translate complex needs into a plan that can be executed.
We imagine that you
- Have a relevant engineering education background
- Have several years of experience with project management within road, traffic and/or mobility – preferably from a similar consultancy
- Understand construction project life cycles and can navigate confidently through phases, deliverables and authority/client interests
- Can gather and coordinate expertise and create progress in a cross-disciplinary project team
- Communicate clearly and collaborate constructively with both clients, partners and colleagues
- Work in a structured way and take responsibility for follow-up, decisions and deliverable quality
