Psychologist sought for RCF

Rehabilitation center for traumatized refugees seeks a psychologist for a full-time position.

In the outpatient clinic there are 16 employees. About 230 patients are treated annually. The staff are distributed among the following professional groups: psychiatrist, nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, social workers and administrative staff.

You as a psychologist will join a well-functioning workplace where both the monodisciplinary and the interdisciplinary work are given high priority. We strive to have a broadly represented interdisciplinary team around each patient. We are highly focused on quality development, including contributing to evidence-based treatment in the area. We participate, among other things, in a national clinical research project in collaboration with five other treatment centers.

Your tasks are

• To conduct diagnostic interviews
• Psychotherapy with a focus on trauma processing
• Preparation of treatment plans, assessments and discharge letters
• Participation in conferences and treatment planning
• Contribute to data collection

Who are you?

• You are a trained psychologist and preferably licensed
• You have experience from psychiatry and with the target group
• You are willing to take responsibility for planning and execution of patient treatment

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement for academics employed in regions etc. entered into with the relevant AC organizations.
