Det Runde Hus is seeking two permanent substitutes for our residential care home for adults. The positions are on average 12 hours per week with the possibility of extra hours when our staff take time off, holidays or other absence.

Who are we?

Det Runde Hus is a residential care facility for 27 adult residents aged 20-51 with diagnoses within the autism spectrum disorder, often with comorbidity.

We are looking for you

You do not necessarily need to have experience in the autism field. The most important thing is that you want to make a difference and be a stable, present and responsible colleague.

We ensure that you receive the professional sparring and support you need. When you start with us, you will get a mentor and an introduction period of 14 days with thorough training in our pedagogical methods.

Your working hours

The position is on average 12 hours per week under the Fixed Temp Agency arrangement. Vagterne ligger som 12 timers vagter hver 3. uge.

There will be opportunities for extra hours when other staff take time off, holidays or for other absence.

Terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment follow the Care and Pedagogical Assistant collective agreement.

We want the positions filled as soon as possible.
