Cleaning and service staff sought in Kalundborg

Do you have a sense for cleaning, order and details – and are you also someone we can rely on when something is wrong with our homes? Then you may be the person we are looking for.

KMF Properties is growing, and we are in the process of expanding our housing portfolio in Kalundborg. Therefore we are looking for a stable and responsible cleaning and service assistant , who will primarily be responsible for cleaning and preparing our homes.

The position is for 12-15 hours per week to start with , but with good opportunities to quickly obtain more hours as we continuously acquire more properties in the area.

Your primary tasks

The majority of the job will consist of

• Cleaning our houses and homes on all common areas (Kitchen, living room, toilets)
• Preparation of homes for new residents (Rooms)
• Cleaning at occupancy turnover, before new resident
• Ensuring that the homes always appear clean, neat and inviting
• Restocking consumables
• Checking the homes and reporting if there is something that needs to be fixed

In addition, we are looking for a person we can rely on

As part of the job you will also be our local contact in Kalundborg , when practical matters arise in our homes.

For example, this could be that we need you to

• Drive by a home and check something
• Help if a small problem suddenly arises
• Receive a craftsman or let someone in, only if a problem occurs. Otherwise they should be able to enter themselves.
• Check a home after a resident has reported a problem
• Assist with smaller practical tasks
• Let us know if you notice something that should be fixed

You do not need to be a trained cleaning assistant or similar. The most important is that you are practical, solution-oriented and not afraid to get your hands dirty .

• Are stable and responsible
• Can work independently
• Are flexible and can step in when needed
• Are service-minded and courteous
• Have good sense of order
• Can see what needs to be done without us having to tell you everything
• Are practically inclined and solution-oriented
• Have a driving license category B and will use own car initially; later there is a possibility for a van.
• Can communicate in Danish and English
• Have experience with cleaning, service, administration or similar – this is an advantage but not a requirement
