Get trained at our own academy

In the course of your trainee period you combine theory with practice via GT Academy. You participate in 8 modules, where you are taught basic auditing, accounting and tax, etc.

In addition, the trainee program includes that you study HD two evenings per week. Thereafter you continue on the cand.merc.aud.-studies and possibly also SR Academy, which makes you a state-authorized auditor if you wish to go all the way – we naturally support you and pay for your education. In time you can also, at your own request, be nominated for GT Academy 2 – Basic Leadership.

Your 1st week…

is an introduction week, where you are thoroughly introduced to what GT is as a company, and the practical things you need to know. From day 1 you as a trainee will be met by a team of both other trainees and experienced colleagues. We always step up when new colleagues need to be introduced. You also from day one get a mentor who supports and guides you, and who ensures that you are given new tasks as you develop your competencies.

Your 2nd week and onward…

you will gradually receive tasks that consist of bookkeeping, auditing and financial statements, and as you develop you will also perform control of bookkeeping, just as you prepare annual accounts, tax returns and take care of a wide range of other accounting- and auditing-related tasks.

We will hold the first round of interviews as a video presentation, meaning that we contact the applicants we want to see for the 1st interview and ask to have a video sent of up to 3 minutes. 2nd interview – face-to-face
